Mac cant open downloaded files
I have downloaded and installed this. I still cannot read the .pptx file. When I try to open it, a little screen saying that it is being archived flashes, so quickly that I can hardly read the message, and the powerpoint file does not open. The icons for the downloaded file do show on my hard drive. What now? I downloaded Adobe DNG converter 9.3 and it does not "see" my CR2 files.
